Posted in Blog, Photos by gicreative | Tags: digital, film, fisheye, flickr, lomography, macro, nikon D90, nikond90, photography, project365It’s hard to believe that I’ve been taking a picture a day for the past 120 days. Here’s the collection of photos from the 4th month of my project 365. Had a great time w/ a weekly theme using my Lomography Fisheye point and shoot, but my overall favorite image from April is 95/365, Three Columns (Above). See the entire project @ my Tumblr page.
Project 365 (March)
Posted in Blog, Photos by gicreative | Tags: digital photography, flickr, nikon D90, Photos, project365Between all the rain in Philadelphia and my design business exploding, Project 365 was much more challenging in March. That being said, I was still able to keep up with it every day, just not as happy with the images as in previous months. I definitely need to brainstorm some more weekly themes, as that helped out immensely in February. My favorite March image is 63/365, Ornery Fingerprint, that one still makes my chuckle each time I glance at it. Have a favorite image, theme suggestion, constructive criticism, pointers? Let me know…Feedback is always welcome.
2010 SXSW Film/AIGA Austin Film Poster Awards

This was the second year of this contest. Now apart of the SXSW Film Design Awards, which has awards for both “Excellence in Title Design” and “Excellence in Poster Design.”
While I didn’t win, I feel so inspired by all the amazing design that was part of the show. It is truly amazing to see the quality of work being created for the independent film scene.

Below are January’s photos, and I’m happy to say that so far, I haven’t missed a day. Only 11 more months to go.
